The Kadiwa ng Pangulo program is a government initiative aimed at providing affordable and accessible food to Filipino households, particularly in urban areas. Through this program, the Food Terminal Incorporated (FTI) serves as a central hub for distributing agricultural products directly from farmers to consumers. This initiative includes various programs such as the P20 Rice Program and Mega Kadiwa ng Pangulo, ensuring that essential food items are accessible to all Filipinos.

P20 Rice Program

Launched on May 2, 2025, the P20 Rice Program offers high-quality rice at ₱20 per kilogram to eligible beneficiaries, including indigents, senior citizens, solo parents, and persons with disabilities. This initiative is a collaboration between the Department of Agriculture (DA), FTI, and local government units (LGUs), aiming to provide affordable rice to vulnerable sectors.

Mega Kadiwa ng Pangulo

The Mega Kadiwa ng Pangulo is a large-scale market event that brings together farmers, fisherfolk, and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to showcase and sell their products directly to consumers. These events aim to promote local produce, support small-scale producers, and provide consumers with access to fresh and affordable goods.
